Terms & Liability Waiver
By enrolling at Platinum Dance Complex, you acknowledge the physical nature of dance training and agree to all safety protocols. You assume all risks associated with participation and agree to our studio policies regarding attendance, attire, and tuition. Registration is complete only upon confirmation of this agreement and receipt of enrollment fees.
TERMS & WAIVERS
By enrolling in Platinum Dance Complex, I hereby acknowledge that participation in dance classes and performances involves inherent risks of physical injury. I agree to waive and release Platinum Dance Complex, its instructors, and staff from any and all liability for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, or studio events. I also authorize the studio to secure emergency medical treatment for the dancer if necessary. I understand that tuition is non-refundable and that the studio reserves right to use photographs or videos of participants for promotional purposes. By checking the agreement box below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to reflect these terms in my participation.
